Sometimes the app just needs a little nudge to get your content all caught up.
To do a quick content refresh, touch your screen and drag it downward, then release it. (Techies call this a “pull-to-refresh.”) That should do it!

We know it’s not the most convenient thing, and we apologize. That’s something on the list for our developers to resolve in the future, but in the meantime, just keep your username and password handy to make logging in easier.

You can download images directly from the app.
From the My Tools section, select the image you want and tap the eye icon to preview the image. While previewing the image a link will appear to download the image.
